- Add little oil in a pan,add blended onion, scotch bonnet,ginger and garlic paste, stir fry
- Add in spices,seasonings and shredded chicken,mix very well and set aside
- Slice tomatoes and cucumbers,wash lettuce and set aside
- Mix mayo and black pepper,transfer to a white nylon(for drizzling)
- Rub butter on non stick/grill pan and arrange bread,toast until bread is light brown
- Remove bread,drizzle mayo,add shredded chicken,line cucumber and put the lettuce,then tomato, drizzle mayo again, then cover with another toasted bread. Repeat till you are done
