I make my meatloaf with some Italian seasoned bread crumbs and loads of parmesan cheese like how my mother made it. Combine meats, seasonings, eggs, bread crumbs, garlic, and onions.     1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a sheet pan with parchment paper.
    2. Heat oil in skillet medium high and sauté garlic, red pepper and onions for 5-10 minutes. Until shines and reduced. Cool completely.
    3. Mix meat, worshire, eggs, Parmesan, bread crumbs, basil, parsley, 1/2 cup cooled marinara, peppers and onions. Add salt and pepper (red pepper flakes if you want). Form into a loaf on the pan.
    4. Mix 1 cup sauce with 1 T balsamic glaze and pour over meatloaf. Bake for 1 hour. Let stand for five minutes before slicing.
    5. Toast the rolls with garlic butter (2T butter with 1t garlic powder). Place meatloaf slices, 3 pieces of mozzarella, sauce if you want on the bread and put back in the oven for 5 minutes (until cheese melts).

    Remove and add the cheese on top and place. Mix together tomato sauce, garlic, seasoning and pour over the meatloaf.
