    4. apply this marinade onto the chicken and refrigerate fir 3-4 hrs
    5. cook the chicken in pre heated oven 200degrees celsius for 12 mins or cook in a hot tandoor by putting onto the skewers
    6. sprinkle chaat masala powder and serve with onion rings and lemon wedges
