Heat up a cast iron pan or wok and add the sesame oil to the pan when it starts to bubble lay the beef strips long ways all the same.
After 2 mins turn them over for another 2 mins then add the sauce mixture and cook for 2 minutes.
Turn heat down and let it simmer for 5 minutes or until the strips are starting to go sticky turn them all over once.
Add to a serving dish and add the green onion to the top of the dish.
