    4. When the stock evaporates to approximately half of the initial volume, add a tablespoon of breadcrumbs to make a delicious sauce. Leave for about 5 mins before serving. In the meantime put the cheese ravioli into the boiling water. Stir and after 2 min take them out of the water. Serve as soon as possible so the ravioli donโ€™t dry out.
