    6. Knead until smooth on a lightly floured surface.
    7. Transfer to a lightly oiled bowl, cover and allow it to rise for about an hour or until doubled in size.
    8. After an hour, on a floured surface, divide the dough into two then cut out 15 pieces all together from the 2 doughs.
    9. Mold into a ball shape, lightly pinching the edges together.
    10. Arrange on a baking tray or pan lined with parchment paper, cover with a plastic wrap or clean kitchen towel and allow to rise again.
    11. Egg wash and bake in a preheated oven for 25 mins or until they are golden brown.
    12. Brush with melted butter once out of oven.
