Presoak the rice and daal separately for 5-6 hrs.
Grind rice separately in a smooth batter by adding sufficient water. Add salt.
Grind mixed dal.Add garlic and green chillies.The batter should be of thick consistency.After grinding add green chopped coriander leaves,salt and Haldi.
On a greased dosa tawa pour a spoon full of rice batter. To it add good amount of dal mixture and spread evenly.
Finally add one more spoon of rice mixture on it to cover the dal spread smoothly.
Add few spoons of oil and wait till done on one side.Now flip it over and again cook till the layer become crispy.
For chutney:grind all the ingredients together with salt.Add a little mustard oil to it.
