    3. Trim rib tips of for "St. Louis" cut ribs
    4. Coat front and back of ribs heavily with rub.
    5. Place in smoker @ 250° for 3 hrs.
    6. Remove ribs from smoker and double wrap in foil and place back in smoker for 2 hrs.
    7. Remove ribs from smoker and unwrapp. Coat front side of ribs liberally with honey and put back in smoker for 1 hr.
    8. Eat and enjoy!
    9. Don't waste the rib tips season and smoke them for a snack before the ribs are done our freeze and save them for use in soups and such.
