    1. Start by frying your bacon and make sure to preserve 1 tsp of the bacon fat
    2. While your bacon is frying peel your potato's and chop them up small
    3. Also chop up your onions and red peppers and set aside
    4. In a next frying pan use the bacon grease and butter and start frying the potato's on medium heat
    5. When the potato's start to get crispy add the onions and peppers and the rest of the seasons except 1/2 of the parsley and fry just until the onions and peppers start to soften
    6. In a bowl whisk your eggs together and add the other half of the parsley to the egg mixture
    7. Pour the egg mixture over the potato's spreading it evenly
    8. Chop up your bacon in to chunks and put it on top of the egg mixture and cover and cook on low for about 10 minutes
    9. About 8 minutes of cooking uncover and add the shredded cheese and cover back for 2 minutes and enjoy
