    2. Isko boil kar liyen pani mein…or then achi tarah say nichor laiyen…ta ke us mein aik b drop pani ka na ho
    3. Then is mein…baisan..salt red chilli.gram masla..coriander or andar dana dal ke mix kar lo
    4. Oil ko garam kariyen. In ke balls baniyen or halki flame pay fry kar liyen
    5. Gravy ka mixture bana laiyen
    6. Is mein cube cutting potato dal ke cook kar liyen
    7. Jub wo thora sa cook o jaiyn tou is mein koftay dal kay light flame mein cook kijye….
    8. Then add 2 glasss of water and cook for 10 minute. And in the last sprinkle some coriander and some garam masala..serve hot with roti…..
