    18. Prepare 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
    19. Prepare 2 tsp Soya sauce

    Instructions to make Singaporean rice:

    1. In a pan heat oil add chicken piece and ginger garlic paste and fry it. Then add soya sauce vinegar salt red chili powder black pepper powder and mix it well
    2. Then add hot sauce and ketchup and little water and cook for 3 to 4 minutes more. Cook it and keep aside
    3. In a pan add oil and all vegetables except green onion. Add soya sauce salt black pepper and red chili and fry it for 2 to 3 minutes.
    4. Add boiled noodles and green onion and oil. Mix it well and then keep this aside
    5. For assembling.. In a serving dish spread white boiled rice then spread above fried vegetable noodle then chicken gravy.
