    Instructions to make Bailay:

    1. Take basen then add all ingredients and mix then add little bit of water mix very well all these things are combined just like a dough just let it rest
    2. Second step take a wuk add four cup of water boiled
    3. Grease the hand and take small parts of dough and roll the hand like fries and make them cylinder shape use all dough
    4. Then add the boiled water boiled it alteast 15 mins
    5. Check if the basen chip are soft.
    6. If the basen fries are boiled take them out and drain the water but save the water in a bowl for later.
    7. Cut the fries in small pieces and keep them aside.
    8. Add oil to a pan and heat it add zeera,onion paste and stir it for 5 mins. Add ginger garlic and all dry ingredients. Keep a continuous stir until oil is separated and add half cup of yoghurt. Add the besan fries in the pan and stir them until fully covered in the masala also add the boiled besan fries water and keep it on medium to high flame and let it cook for 15 mins until gravy becomes thick and juicy. You can also add more masala on top.
