    2. Prepare 300 gm beefmince

    11. Get 1 tbsp rice
    12. Take salt as per taste
    13. Make ready 1 green chilli
    14. Prepare 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
    15. Make ready 2 tbsp chopped onion

    17. Prepare 1 big size onion
    18. Prepare 1/2 cup oil
    19. Take 1 tsp Red chilli powder
    20. Take 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
    21. Get 1 tsp coriander powder
    22. Prepare salt as per taste
    23. Make ready 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
    24. Get 1/4 th cup youghurt
    25. Prepare 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    26. Make ready 1 tomato
    27. Prepare 3 green chillies
    28. Get 4 tbsp Coriander leaves

    Recipe uses minced meat, eggs, bread slices, gram flour and yogurt mainly with other spices and basic ingredients. Since it uses eggs and gram flour (besan), it has a very unique taste that is the. Add Nargisi kofta in your party menu to entice your guests.     Steps to make Nargissi Koftay:

    1. Soak rice in water for ab hour, alongside this, wash khashkhaash and strain it then make these into a paste. Make a powder of chickpeas.
    2. Add mince in the chopper with Onion, ginger garlic paste, bread slice, green chillies, coriander leaves, chickpeas powder, red chilli and then add that paste of khashkhaash and rice into it and then chop them in chopper for 6-7 seconds. Now with greased hands spread this on your palm, put an egg over it and seal it.
    3. Light golden onion in oil, then make a paste of it with youghurt and tomato.
    4. Add ginger garlic paste in oil with youghurt-tomato paste you've prepared and bonify it with a bit water. Now add Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt then again bonify it. Now add half cup of water and then add your prepared qofte into it. Cook it over Medium flame for 10mins without spoon stirring.
    5. Add in this garam masala powder, green chillies & coriander leaves now cook it for 1min, cut your qoftaas.. length wise then serve it with chapati.
