Place salmon filets in a large ziplock back and pour the glaze into the bag. Seal and gently toss the bag to coat the salmon. Instructions
Place the salmon on the grill on a piece of aluminum foil or on a pan lined with nonstick aluminum foil on the center rack of the oven. Pat salmon filets dry and season with spices on all sides. Heat butter and oil, then add garlic, water, soy sauce, sriracha, honey and lemon juice. While salmon cooks, use a spoon to baste the filets. Brush the first side of salmon generously with half of the glaze and once oil is hot, add salmon to the pan (glaze-side-down).
