    4. Cook on high for 15mins.
    5. Meanwhile! Mince the other bunch of green onions and add to a heat-safe bowl. Grate in 1 knob of ginger + 1/2 a tsp of salt. Pour in 2 tbsp of hot oil to slightly cook the mixture. This is Sauce 1.
    6. Sauce 2: 1 tbsp soy sauce + 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil.
    7. Save your chicken juices in the pot!!!! Use it for soup or cook your rice in it. Srsly. Try it
    8. Serve w a side of rice and sliced cucumbers. Enjoy hot or cold!
