    3. Carefully use tongs to put the beef slices in the skillet. When one side has browned, flip it so both sides will be brown. Repeat the process with the remaining slices. (In my case, three batches of beef, so, more or less 3 minutes in cooking)
    4. Serve with lettuce and some lemon. You can also eat this with steamed rice, pasta, or bread.

    We had a nice and tasty meal with this as our recipe base. I sprinkled the steaks with pepper and garlic powder and placed in skillet with. Arrange the pepper and onion over the meat and pour salsa over all, adding some water as needed to the bottom of the baking dish. Salt minute steaks and dredge in flour. Fry until breading is brown. **Make sure when frying you leave the meat long enough for the breading to fry until it sets, as it will fall off if not fried long enough.
