    1. In mixer jar put chickpeas add 2 spoon of wheat floor,chopped onion,green chili,(optional) red chili powder,cumin,coriander powder,black pepper powder,salt green coriander leaves.all this we have grind.in corse pattren just only pulse.not very fine paste.in corse firm.then add lemon juice and again grind.(pluse)
    2. Put this batter in bowl and keep in fridge for an hour for set
    3. After 1 hour.make all small small balls of batter.and deep fry all balls on low medium flame till it's fry from all site and become crunchy.
    4. Serve with green chutney.
    5. It's very famous dish in dubai.
