    The falafels were cooked perfectly, the hummus and baba ganoush were well made, and the portion size for the price was well worth it. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating.     3. For Tahini paste, roast Sesame seeds. Roast it for 2-3 mins. Do not burn it or over roast it. Now in a mixture powder the sesame seeds and then add oil and a little hot water for smooth consistency.
    4. For tzatizki dip take hung curd / Greek yoghurt and add all the ingredients mentioned. Make sure there no water in curd or cucumber. Now add all the spices and enjoy.
    5. You can make falafel wrap using pita bread, hummus all the different veggies and the sauce.
