    2. Make ready 1 Tbsp Gramflour (baisan)

    13. Take Leaves Cucumber, Tomato, Pickled vegeies, Pickled Cheese& Olives, Curd Raita, Ketchup, Tomato Chutney, Salad

    Peanut or vegetable oil, for frying. Scoop out heaping tablespoons of the mixture and shape it into balls or small patties. Fry in batches, without crowding, until nicely browned, turning as necessary; total cooking time per. Falafel is a popular Middle Eastern "fast food" made of a mixture of chickpeas (or fava beans), fresh herbs, and spices that are formed into a small patties or balls.

    Instructions to make Falafel:

    1. Soak chickpeas overnight, boil till tender.in a chopper or food processor add chickpeas, coriander, mint, green chilli, baisan, salt, blackpepper, garam masala, oil, lemon juice and chop coarsly. Dnt make paste, mixture should be a little grainy.keep mixture covered in fridge for 1 hr. Then make oval balls.
    2. Shallow fry the falafel in pan. Let it turn golden brown from one side then flip to other.dont flip again & again. Dont over burn. Keep on medium heat.
    3. Tasty easy falafel are ready. Serve with vegie pickle, cheese & olive pickle, salad, raita or ketchup.wrap in pita or flatbread or make sandwich or burger. Delicious falafel can be eaten in many ways. Enjoy with Tea and Cookpad.
    4. Traditionally falafel are made with soaked chickpeas. But i prefer boiled chickpeas. Canned chickpeas can also be used. Falafel can be deep fried or baked as well. The mixture can be store in fridge for couple of days.if it turns moist add a liitle baisan to adjust texture. Fried and baked falafels can be freeze also in freezer bags. Reheat in frypan when need with little oil to keep moist texture on low to medium heat. Enjoy
