    I like my falafel to taste of chickpeas, but also to be packed with herb and spice flavor. Falafel that needs only simple condiments—tahini and hot sauce—to taste great. This traditional Middle-Eastern meal is a healthy and hearty choice for lunch or a heavier snack. The tahini-yogurt sauce drizzled overtop the falafel and the veggies adds a creamy texture and appetizing flavor.


    Instructions

    Instructions to make Falafel packet:

    1. Soak chickpea for overnight
    2. Drain the water
    3. In chopper add chickpea with onion coriander green chilli and chop finely
    4. Add garlic salt pepper red chilli flakes cumin and coriander and chop it again
    5. Add a pinch of soda
    6. Heat oil fry falafel in hot oil till crispy
    7. Pita bread
    8. In bowl add flour yeast salt sugar and mix
    9. Add oil and mix
    10. Knead a dough and let it rest for an hour
    11. When it rise punch it
    12. Make small balls out of it
    13. Let them rest for 15min
    14. Make a semi thick roti
    15. Heat tawa
    16. Put the bread on tawa and let it cook
    17. It will puff up on tawa
    18. Salad
    19. Cut cucumber onions and salad leaf
    20. Sauce
    21. Mix yogurt salt pepper cumin mayonnaise
    22. Assembling
    23. Cut pita from centre
    24. Fill it with sauce than falafel
