    18. Get 3-4 cloves garlic
    19. Get as needed Lemon juice
    20. Take 5 tsp olive oil
    21. Prepare as per taste Salt
    22. Make ready 3 tsp tahini sauce

    Instructions to make Falafel and hummus:

    1. For falafel soak chickpeas overnight..
    2. Now wash and drain it.. put chickpeas into food processor (dont use mixture)
    3. Add parsley+ onion + garlic + green chilli+ baking powder + soda + salt.process until smooth but crumbly..(don't make a paste)
    4. Make a powder of rosted cumin seeds and coriander seeds.
    5. Add this powder in a falafel mixter. Mix it well.
    6. Transfer to a large bowl cover it and Put this bowl into refrigerator for 2-3 hrs.
    7. Now after 2-3 hrs remove this mixture from fridge and make big balls.
    8. Fry falafel until it turn golden brown and crispy on medium flame.(takes time to fry).
    9. Serve it with hummus
    10. For Tanhini sauce take all ingredients and make a smooth paste into mixture..
    11. For hummus..boil chickpeas…drain water…
    12. Take a mixture bowl put chickpeas add tahini sauce + olive oil+ lemon juice+ garlic+ salt
    13. Make a smooth fine paste…texture of hummus and tahini sauce should be smooth creamy.
    14. Serve with hummus
