Fry in batches, without crowding, until nicely browned, turning as necessary; total cooking time per.     3. Then heat oil in a kadhai. Let it heat completely and then lower the flame. Make small tikkis with the falafel mix and add to the heated oil. Fry till both sides are nice golden in colour. Serve hot with pita bread or simply homemade rotis, salad and Yoghurt dip. I have made small chapatis for serving.
