    2. Preheat d oven,bring along a loaf baking pan,spray d foil paper add all d beef mixture,try and make a loaf shape then put it in to d baking pan
    3. Take d pan in to d preheated oven and. Bake for gud 40munites,remove from d oven,strain d excess water dat was in to d pan, at dis time
    4. Brush d loaf all over with ketchup,sprinkle some chopped persely leaves,take back in to d oven and bake for another 20munites,remove from d oven allow to cool for 3-5munites,slice and enjoy.
    5. U can serve ur meatloaf with some ketchup,tomatoes sauce,rice,pasta or fries.i serve mine wt fried Irish potato.
