    Steps to make Chicken masoor pulao:

    1. First soak the lentils in warm water(use big size masoor dal) now grind the masala(pic2)slice the onion and remove the whole garam masala.
    2. Now heat oil in a big vessel, then add onion and garam masala and saute till onions are brown.now add the grinded masala,salt and curd.saute few minutes.
    3. Now add the chicken pieces and mix well,now add potatoes with lentils and simmer for 5 mins with closed lid.now add rice with 2 cups of water.check seasoning
    4. Now when most of water is absorbed by rice give a mix,add little water and cover the lid with cloth.simmer on slow flame for 5 to 10 mins and off flame.open the lid after 5 mins(pic2)give a slight mix.pulav is ready
    5. Mix all above ingredients of salad and serve with hot pulav and enjoy(decorate with fried onions and coriander leaves)
